Becoming aware of the present moment and all it holds is a gift you can give to yourself.  Learn to be kind and compassionate with yourself, others, and the world around you. Learn to be with, not simply outlast, the highs and lows of life in our ever changing world.  Become aware of the fullness of your life. Change your habitual reactions by tuning into patterned behavior. The practice of Mindfulness teaches us how to be still, rest into what is and connect to our inner world with clarity.
